Published: March 2025

Authors: Eaden McKee @ Superlinear NZ

Overview

TypeLeap is an experimental framework that goes beyond autocomplete to create dynamic interfaces that anticipate user needs. Using Large Language Models (LLMs), TypeLeap detects user intent as they type and adapts the interface in real-time to provide a more intuitive experience.

“Neat Idea.”

TypeLeap demonstrates how “reactive intent” UIs can “read the user's mind” and “do the right thing” in real-time as they type.
